However, there are many factors affecting the performance of the bearings which include the selection of the load carrying capacity, the rolling contact conditions, and the cleanliness of the operating environment and the dimensional stability of the bearing components.
Fuda bearing limited has adopted the high-quality carbon-chromium steel material (Gcr15) in our production of the bearing.
Bearing Quality Control: There is a very strict QC system (based on the ISO standard) in Fuda company. Firstly, Fuda Laboratory equipped with all kinds of testing instruments to insure the validity of production and design and develop new products. Secondly, Fuda workshop introduced many automatic precision production equipments to confirm the quality in the process. And now the quality of bearing in Fuda could reach P5Z4V4.
