Material for CBB Bearing mainly consists of high G-Cr bearing steel. After reduction of nonmetal oxide content and nonmetal impurities, high purity steel can be acquired for long life. 

Materials of Cages can be drawing steel sheet, Brass or Nylon. Usually, we use rivet cage made of strip steels by default. Of course, if you want other type of cages, we can also manufacture as you required.

 

The whole manufacture process of bearing from lathing to assembly all conducted by our own factory, which is composed of processes like part cleaning, fitting, cage riveting, cleaning of finished products, grease filling and covering. 

The whole production line adopts 100% on-line detection for internal and external diameter, clearance, flexibility, grease amount, cover height, virbation noise and appearance and is equipped with tens of error prevention stations including omission of balls, nails, grease and covers to ensure the quality of each set of products.
